First… Catch Up. Ask questions to get a good feel on where they are in life… are they currently a good example of leadership in most of the 6 Pillars or in pursuit of growth and accountability in them?
Second - They either qualify as a 300 Founder candidate or they get waitlisted for Pre Launch
Lastly - time & schedule permitting either 1) send a recorded 300 Founders Overview or 2) do the overview live
